Santa & Mrs. Claus have been around the world a few times so they know sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. That's why we've built in some cushion to deal with last minute issues.
You have purchased an appointment in a 15-minute window of time and we've built in an additional 15-minute grace period. You may login 15 minutes early and up to 15 minutes late. Your total window is 45 minutes.
Everything will be okay so long the Host logs in and presses the red "Push To Start" button within the grace period. For example: Your time slot is 12:00PM to 12:15PM. You'll have from 11:45AM to 12:29PM to start your session.
If you simply cannot hold your JingleRing at your scheduled time please contact Support and they will do their best to help. Please keep in mind, within 14 days of your JingleRing we cannot issues refunds and may not be able to reschedule you. We strongly encourage you to proceed with your JingleRing if possible and appreciate your understanding.
