You can confirm that your JingleID is correct at the bottom of this page which occurs after you Register. This is the first step in the Booking process. If the JingleID shown is incorrect, please contact Support.
You can also look under My Account. At the bottom of the page you will see the JingleID attached to your account. If you do not see this field for JingleID it means you ARE NOT matched to you Claus. Please click here for more information.
