Please accept our sincerest apology! The last thing we want is to disappoint you and your family. We've worked really hard this year to deliver some joy around the world by sharing the Spirit of Santa. Unfortunately, a Claus performer may occasionally get held up and isn't able to serve a family at the appointed time.
In most cases, the Host family doesn't click the "Push To Start" button (see below) and the session will eventually time out. In these rare and unfortunate situations we will reschedule your JingleRing at a later date that's best for you.
Here are a few suggestions for what to tell your children:
- There's a huge blizzard at the North Pole and Santa wasn't able to connect.
- One of the reindeer got out and Santa had to go find him/her.
- One of the reindeer got sick and Santa had to go take care of him/her.
- Santa got held up at the Toy Factory helping the elves.
The Host family must press the "Push To Start" button to tell us you're ready for Claus. Otherwise, you will reach the end of your session and timeout.
